He walked me through the process perfectly and I had no issues! The installers came on time and did a great job. They were very professional and friendly, and cleaned up everything when they left. The windows look amazing, inside and out, and I could not be happier. The whole company, from my salesman, to their office staff, to the install crew was so friendly and accommodating.
